that steak is older than one month old.
LOL! Thank you for the keen eyes! I should have pointed out that the steak was bought from the Buffalo Vendor at the Crossroads Flea Market. All of his steaks are vacuum packed and frozen when you purchase them.
So it's all good but thanks for pointing that out.
